What offers need certain emails?

The offers that need a certain emails are:
Reward Pro/Reward Stars: Will only accept Yahoo emails. If you use anything else, the offer will not approve.
Eversave Family: Will NOT accept GMX emails. You can use easy.com for these, or anything else but GMX.
